The river was overflowing with the flowers of fall running down the river long river that held the purple flowers afloat. Clouds hung heavily against the sky as the sun lightly broke through with its own powerful light of its own. Though the thunder of a storm roared within the coming distance, birds still flew upon the grey sky, mostly ravens and crows. In the shadows a large lithe creature flowed in the background, silver eyes on its head looked out at the land, spotting a sparrow on the ground, time to strike. Snap! In seconds the sparrow was in the bloody mouth of the creature, long sharp teeth stuck in its bleeding body. The creature shook the bird around like a dog and threw it on the ground, sniffing it before eating it, swallowing bones and all.
The creature was actually a spirit created by the witches own image of terror, and what they though was a large creature that could not be controlled by any but them, thinking their plan would succeed, but evil also contributed to this creatures creation, thus gaining power over the spirit. At first they named it All Hallows Eve, after the holiday it was created, but then relished she was not actually born on Halloween night, but November 1st, the day after Halloween, and the day before the holiday were people thought the dead roamed the earth, The day of the dead, November 2nd. A poet was the last to see this beast, right before the day of the dead, he was writing a horror poem and decided to name her after the main character, Sam, after Sam McGee. So here she is now, in a land were she belongs, with other nightmares never to have been created by man, hopefully one would step up to the beast, neither dead nor alive.
